These Terms of Use govern your use of the Kişi Başı website (kisibasi.club) and mobile app (the "Service"), operated by Cordelia Software. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Kişi Başı lets you create groups, record shared expenses and payments, and see who owes whom. The Service is free to use; the mobile app may show ads.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
  • You may sign in with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Groups and Content

Expenses, payments, names and descriptions you enter in a group are visible to all members of that group. Only share an invite code with people you want in the group; group administrators decide who may join.

You are responsible for the content you enter and confirm that it does not violate the law or the rights of others. The content remains yours; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the Service.

Not a Payment Service

Kişi Başı is a record-keeping and calculation tool. It does not hold, transfer or collect money, and it is not a bank, payment or financial service. Balances and settlement suggestions are based on the data entered by group members; settling debts and resolving any disagreements is up to the members themselves.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Break the law, or enter content that is abusive, offensive or infringes the rights of others
  • Access other users' accounts or data without permission
  • Disrupt the Service, overload it with automated requests or attempt to bypass its security measures
  • Use the Service for spam, fraud or misleading purposes

Advertising

The mobile app may show ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the products and services they promote.

Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep the Service running correctly and without interruption, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cordelia Software is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Service, for errors in data entered by users, or for disputes between group members.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
